More Fintech private limited was incorporated on 1st April 2019. MFPL is registered with Securities Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) as stock broke and is a pure play financial market broker company, engaged in the business of stock broking and research.

MFPL as a stock broker holds membership on the following exchange.

• Bombay Stock Exchange Limited ("BSE") as a trading member on the Capital Market segment, Currency Derivatives segment and Equity future and option segment.
